Maybe you've seen her before. Her name is Tucuxi, built by Elektrikcar.
The car was designed as a Luxury Sport Tourer, powered by an electric engine. The car was a mid-engine, rear wheel drive, and got 286hp, which is not bad since the car only weighs 2000lbs. 0-60 takes 4seconds, and top speed limited at 140mph. The battery is big enough for 200miles projected range. Charging time was 3 hours with quickcharge, 10 hours with plug-in electric
But believe me, you don't want to see the front, since it's kinda ugly. But the rear is looks great. Not bad for a for a first try at building electric sports tourer.

In terms of safety..
The designer himself already crash the prototype to a tree once at 50mph. And he survives with only minor scrathes.

Shed automakers don't inspire too much safety, expect maybe for Veritas and Noble.

I knew this car looked familiar, now I know why. It is a copy of the Minority Report Lexus.
